Relation to Bilbo
Mr.Bilbo Baggins has gotten himself in to more of an adventure than before. Usually he has the accompanied by a pack of dwarfs that would help him and protect hie when he was in need, plus the help of a powerful wizard. But he has been separated from the pack when attacked by a huge ARMY of goblins. They were taken as hostages in to the deep bowels of the goblin lair. When in the middle, Gandalf the grey, had threw down smoke and the group of dwarfs had escaped, except for poor Bilbo. He tripped on a rock and got knocked unconscious. He was separated from the group and had to have a riddle battle with Golum to get himself out of the mountain and meet up with the group again. This reminds me of the time, when I was five, I got separated from my mother in the mall. the mall is really big, and I lost her in the food court. I had no idea how i was going to find her. So I went on a little adventure of my own. I went to other store that she liked, but I never found her there. I went to the bathrooms and even the stores that I likes. In the end I had to go to the customer service desk and answer questions about myself so that my mom would find me and the desk. they made an announcement and she came and picked me up. to this day, I still don't know where she went.

Sounds like fun Jesse. The same thing happened to my brother when I was at a baseball windup we left and he wandered off and we forgot him at the batting cages. I found it pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteSounds very similar to my experience Jesse. When I was about four I became seperated from my parents in walmart, and a big guy scary man started following me. At least I found my parents though....
ReplyDeleteNice blog Jesse , it sucks to be lost, when i was younger i tryed to walk to my house in headingley from the city, i got brutally lost and fillaly someone found me and took me to the cops, and called my parents. What a journey!
ReplyDeleteI like your blog,Jesse! I've gotten lost in many stores too.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I was recently lost in a section of my neighborhood I wasn't too familiar with. After about half an hour of biking around, I called my parents to give me directions.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, I love your book choice. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know how many times I've gotten lost like that, but my best conncetion to this would probably be when Bilbo hit his head and got knocked out. I'm quite impressed by his recovery rate though - he went from lying, unconscious, on the ground in some foreign cave, to play playing a tough game of riddles with a strange creature. Whenever I lose conscious, I'm usually pretty out of it for the next few hours, and there's no way I would be able to win a riddle contest in the same day.
Sounds like you had a good adventure! The same thing happened to me when I was in the mall with my mom and sister. My sister and I were playing hide and seek in on of the really big stores, I was in a super good spot and she could't find me. Eventually she gave up and left, but didn't tell me so I had no idea. I was waiting for quite a while and I started to wonder why she hadn't found me yet, I was only about four at the time. I left my hiding spot and I couldn't find my mom or sister anywhere in the whole store, I walked around for a bit, but they were still nowhere in sight. I started to freak out and cry, but some nice lady saw me crying and took me to the customer service desk. I finally found my mom and sister after about half an hour of wandering the store.
